The Guild S-100 Polara Kim Thayil is a hand-built, guitar crafted from old-growth Honduran Mahogany, with a large headstock and a 70’s Guild neck shape. It features custom USA Guild HB-1 humbuckers, handwound by Jason Lollar, with a phase switch. It includes Grover Original Rotomatics® tuners, signature truss rod covers, bound Indian Rosewood fingerboard with Mother of Pearl inlays, and a reproduction Guild/Mueller style bridge. It's finished in white gloss with gold hardware.
