The Guild Starfire II Dynasonic is a semi-hollow body electric guitar. It features a thin, double-cutaway body crafted from laminated mahogany, with a set neck made of 3-piece mahogany/maple/mahogany. The 24 3/4-inch scale length neck includes a rosewood fingerboard with 22 frets. Equipped with DeArmond Dynasonic single-coil pickups, this model also has a master volume and tone control and a three-way pickup selector.
