Ace Frehley (1951–2025) began his career in 1973 as the lead guitarist of Kiss, known for his Spaceman persona and innovative use of effects-driven lead guitar. He later formed Frehley’s Comet and released solo albums including Ace Frehley and Frehley’s Comet. He was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
