Adrian Smith (born 1957) is a British guitarist and vocalist known for heavy metal and hard rock. He began his career in 1972 and joined Iron Maiden in 1980, contributing to albums such as Killers (1981), The Number of the Beast (1982), and Brave New World (2000). Smith has also led projects including ASAP, Psycho Motel, and Smith/Kotzen.
