Jack Bruce (1943–2014) was a Scottish bassist and singer-songwriter who began his career in the early 1960s. Known for his work in rock and blues, he was a founding member of Cream and co-wrote hits like “Sunshine of Your Love.” He received a Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award and was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
