Slash (born 1965) is a British-American guitarist who began his career in 1983. Known for his work in hard rock and heavy metal, he rose to fame with Guns N' Roses and later formed Velvet Revolver and Slash featuring Myles Kennedy & the Conspirators. He is a Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee.
