Trivium, formed in 1999, is an American heavy metal band from Orlando, Florida. Known for blending metalcore, thrash, and melodic death metal, they joined Roadrunner Records in 2004. Notable albums include Ascendancy (2005) and In the Court of the Dragon (2021). Their song "Betrayer" earned a Grammy nomination for Best Metal Performance in 2019.
