Strandberg unveils a 5-string signature guitar for Jacob Collier

Singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumental maestro Jacob Collier has teamed up with Strandberg Guitars on the limited edition Boden JC 5 and JC 6 Djesse signature models.
If this is your first time hearing of Strandberg, the Swedish brand is behind some of the most innovative electric guitars we’ve seen of late, with its headless axes especially popular among those in the metal and prog communities.
Of the two new signature models, the Boden JC 5 Djesse, a “first-of-its-kind” five-string guitar from the company, offers players new chordal voicings and fingering patterns with its unique DAEAD tuning. Its six-string counterpart, the Boden JC 6 Djesse, meanwhile, arrives in a classic EADGBE tuning.
Along with Strandberg’s trademark headless design, both guitars feature a neck-thru construction, custom multi-colored .strandberg* EGS Rev7 hardware, custom inlays, an eye-catching all-yellow finish, and blue colour Lace Alumitone pickups that boast clear, vibrant tones for modern music styles.
Beyond their unconventional looks, these guitars combine lightweight, ergonomic features with unparalleled upper-fret access, lively acoustics, and a unique string/fretboard layout for you to get creative.
