Bruce Springsteen has released a video capturing his live performance of the song Sundown from his latest album Western Stars, backed by a full band and orchestra. Watch it above.

The clip, which was released last Friday, teases The Boss’ upcoming film, which shares a title with his acclaimed 2019 album. The movie, which Springsteen co-directed with Springsteen On Broadway director Thom Zimny, features a live performance of the Western Stars album in its entirety in a historic, nearly century-old barn at Stone Hill Farm in Colts Neck, New Jersey.

The new Sundown performance video shows Springsteen leading an impressive ensemble – his band, backing singers and a full orchestra – with his well-loved cherry red Gibson J-200 in hand. At one point, he steps away from the microphone to strum alongside his wife and longtime bandmate Patti Scialfa.

Western Stars arrives in theatres later this month. The live performances from the movie will be collected in a soundtrack album, Western Stars – Songs From The Film, that arrives 25 October via Columbia Records.
