Feel like you’ve missed out on the week’s biggest releases? No worries, we’ve got you covered with a list of the best and latest guitar tracks. Here are five that you have to hear:

Your Hands My Pockets by Team Dresch

Beloved queercore group Team Dresch have returned with Your Hands My Pockets, their first new music in almost 20 years. Bask in the infectious pop-punk hooks of their comeback song.

Rattling Rose by Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds

Noel Gallagher and his High Flying Birds project have released Rattling Rose, yet another dancefloor-ready track from their Black Star Dancing EP, which arrives next week.

The Ballad Of The Lonesome Cowboy by Chris Stapleton

You don’t have to be a Toy Story fan to appreciate The Ballad Of The Lonesome Cowboy, Chris Stapleton’s new, slide guitar-filled song for the fourth film in the beloved Pixar/Disney franchise. It was penned by Randy Newman, who famously wrote You’ve Got A Friend In Me, the theme song of the first 1995 movie.

Superbike by Jay Som

Jay Som serves up some lush, spellbinding guitar textures on Superbike, her latest single and first taste of her forthcoming album, Anak Ko. A must-listen for fans of Cocteau Twins and The Cure.

Gretel by (Sandy) Alex G

(Sandy) Alex G is back with Gretel, the first single off his next album, House Of Sugar. It’s a pleasingly off-kilter melange of synths and guitar lines that bodes well for the new release.
