Robert Fripp and Toyah are talkin’ ’bout My Generation in new cover of The Who

The series will seemingly continue despite King Crimson being on tour in the US.

Robert Fripp may be on tour with King Crimson at the moment, but that hasn’t stopped him and his wife Toyah Willcox from dropping fresh covers in their Sunday Lunch series. This week, the couple shared a previously recorded take on The Who’s My Generation.

Toyah released the cover on her YouTube channel yesterday (25 July) writing in its caption: “This Sunday we’re talking about #MyGeneration!!! Toyah, Robert and Sidney Jake are back with a Sunday Lunch performance from one of YouTube’s most famous kitchens.”

The couple were once again joined by masked guitarist Sidney Jake. Watch it below:

The episode follows last week’s cover of You Really Got Me by The Kinks, which included the music video for Toyah’s new single Zoom Zoom as a bonus.

Fripp is currently on the road with King Crimson for the Music Is Our Friend tour in the US. Yesterday (25 July) the progressive rock legends played St Augustine, Florida, sharing photos of the show to Facebook.
