NAMM 2020: Reverend Guitars has announced the new Robin Finck Signature Model for 2020, offering a no-frills rock axe for fans of the Nine Inch Nails lead guitarist’s tone.

The Robin Finck Signature Model is built on Reverend’s Sensei guitar platform and features a Korina body, high-performance bound ebony fingerboard, Tune-o-matic bridge and stop bar tailpiece, two control knobs (volume and bass contour) and a three-way switch. The control layout utilises vintage pedal-style knobs for greater legibility in low-visibility situations.

Reverend’s latest signature guitar also comes equipped with a pair of Railhammer Chisel humbuckers. The pickup is unique in that it uses a rail magnet for the wound strings and enlarged pole magnets for the plain strings. Reverend claims that this setup results in a tightened low end and more open treble frequencies. Both Railhammer Chisel pickups sport a ceramic magnet and are wound with a 42AWG and 44AWG wire gauge for the neck and bridge pickups respectively.

A Boneite nut and locking tuners provide optimal tuning stability for the Robin Finck Signature Model, and a dual-action truss rod results in a neck less influenced by humidity/temperature changes and more resistant to twisting. The signature guitar will be available in two colour options: one in black and the other in white.

Pricing and availability for the Reverend Guitars Robin Finck Signature Model TBA. For more information, click here.
