Guitarist Peter Frampton has announced a farewell UK tour, taking place from 24 May to 31 May 2020.

Frampton said of the UK dates: “I look forward to seeing my dear friends in the UK next year. My Finale Tour is a trip through my music with my incredible Peter Frampton Band.”

The announcement comes after All Blues, Frampton’s first blues album with the Peter Frampton Band, which was released earlier this year, and featured guest spots from musicians such as Kim Wilson and Sonny Landreth.

Peter Frampton Finale – The Farewell Tour’s US leg was completed in October this year. The UK dates will be Frampton’s last before his retirement from regular touring due to diagnosis with Inclusion Body Myositis, an autoimmune disease that leads to muscle weakness and inflammation.
