Between the Buried and Me, formed in 2000, are an American progressive metal band incorporating elements of metalcore and technical metal. They signed to Metal Blade Records in 2011, with key releases including The Parallax II: Future Sequence, Coma Ecliptic, Automata I & II, and Colors II.
