The remote version of Robert Fripp and Toyah Wilcox’s lockdown-inspired covers series continues on, with Fripp reacting to Wilcox’s cover of Nancy Sinatra’s These Boots Are Made For Walkin’

The caption for the new video notes that: “Robert Fripp is touring the USA with King Crimson and Toyah is home alone. Toyah has some boots in her wardrobe that are made for walking, and they are appearing in a love letter to Robert.”

Take a look at the cover below.

King Crimson just wrapped up the US Leg of their Music Is Our Friend tour, concluding in Washington, DC on 11 September. While this means Fripp may return to in-person Sunday Lunch cover videos soon, the band are set to hit the road again later this year. On 27 and 28 November, King Crimson will take the tour to Japan with back-to-back shows at Tokyo’s International Forum.

So far, Toyah’s solo covers have included Because The Night by Bruce Springsteen and Patti Smith, Wicked Game by Chris Isaak, and I Touch Myself by Divinyls.
