Joan Jett (born September 22, 1958) is an American rock singer, guitarist, and songwriter. She gained fame with the Runaways and later as the frontwoman of Joan Jett & the Blackhearts. Known for hits like "I Love Rock 'n Roll", she's a punk rock icon and was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2015.
