Watch Halestorm’s Homemade Music session

Lzzy Hale and Joe Hottinger perform an acoustic version of The Silence.

Halestorm’s frontwoman Lzzy Hale and guitarist Joe Hottinger are the latest to participate in Gibson’s Homemade sessions, a series of streamed concerts and interviews from artists homes that’s debuted as fans and musicians alike are stuck inside due to social distancing measures.

Take a look at the session above, where the pair perform a stripped-back version of Halestorm’s The Silence.

Speaking about the session initiative, Lzzy Hale said: ““No matter where you are in the world music is our universal language. Creating and listening to music keeps us connected and we need it now more than ever,” added Lzzy Hale of Halestorm. “Stay Home, stay safe and we will all get through this together.”

Other artists taking part in the sessions include Jared James Nichols and Billy Gibbons of ZZ top.
